Nora Bashir

Nora Bashir is the Community Engaged Learning Program Manager at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she leads efforts to deepen partnerships between faculty, students, and community organizations through collaborative, justice-driven learning experiences. Nora brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and higher education, with a focus on equity, racial justice, and inclusive community engagement. She has served in key roles at organizations such as the Chinook Fund and United for a New Economy, and is deeply committed to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. Nora holds a master’s degree in Multicultural Communications and believes in the transformative power of education and community solidarity.
